MTB - Tour with Andy
Just now in October are the best conditions for great MTB trips. The weather
is fantastic and the temperatures are not so high anymore, so it really makes
fun to go biking. Through small paths you'll see the green backland of
Naxos, visit typical Naxiot villages, and of course it is amazing to enjoy the
view from the mountains to the westcoast of the island.Hiking with Stella
One of the most beautiful hiking trips with Stella is for sure the riverbed tour.
From the village Kinidaros you walk along the riverbed, that offers a special
vegetation. It is also possible to see river turtles. A hiking tour, that shows you

Next week the new RRD Boards and Neil Pryde Riggs will arrive. To all
testers - attention! In October again, it is possible to try the new material.
Concerning the wind conditions, the statistics show us, that October is going to be

In six days from beginner to save windsurfer! Our surf instructor Steffi
and the newest material -Starboard START boards and light riggs- will

"BASIC MOVES" EVENT 15/10 - 29/10/2004
In six days you are going to learn the basic technic for surfing with strong wind,
beachstart, trapezsurfing,.Our Steffi will make you a great windsurfer with the surfequipment by Roberto Ricci and Neil Pryde.
Expected: beginner course!!

September is close and slowly it is becoming really relaxed here. Temperatures of 27 degrees and warm water with 23 degrees are expecting you! Let the sun into your heart by visiting us in Naxos.

NEWS FROM NAXOS!
Welcome Meltemi!!
Welcome to the Meltemi wind! This week the constant north wind arrived in Naxos and according to the weather forecast this wind will stay with us for a longer time.We also have brand-new surf equipment and also already some 2005 Neilpryde Riggs for testing!!!
Great wind and the best conditions are making our "Flisvos - Surfers" totally happy!
The new Surf-trailer is ready for the surf safaris. The first safari was a big success for our surfers and us! With boards and rigs we went to the south of the island. Weekly (depending on the wind conditions) we are going to organise safaris to the south! Until 18 surfers are able to participate and the trailer has place for 20 boards and 30 rigs! The tour will be discussed with the surf team and after we go to Glyfada, Kastraki and other unexplored beaches!
The first week of August the surf magazine is going to visit us to make a new spot guide about Naxos!
So Meltemi - show us your best!!!!!!

The Flisvos Homepage has been redacted and new shaped. We hope you will like it even more! Also the photos are new, so you can see already our new team!

3. New excursions
Now you also have the possibility to make a one-day excursion to Santorini or Delos / Mykonos. Departure is in the morning from the small port of Naxos and arrival in Naxos is again at about 19.00h.
Santorini you are going to visit by organised bustour and english speaking guide. Unique landscape of vulcan, the picturesque Thira and the architecturally traditional Oia will be visited.
Delos was representing a sanctuary for the old greeks in ancient times and after the war of the persians it was the repository of all domains. Nowadays Delos is an endless museum under the sky. After you go to Mykonos, a stirring contrast between two different worlds.
4. NEW in our Wellness - programm
The yoga - teacher Elke Engler is at the moment on the island of Ikaria to visist an advanced training for massage with tonebowls. From the 18th of june on, our clients will have the opportunity to experience a therapie of tonebowls.
5. More games and fun for the kiddies at the pool
Also the kids will have a lot of fun this year. At the pool we have especially for the small ones a fortress, a pooltrampolin, balls, toys and a big delphin!

WE STARTED!!!!!!!Here the summer is already born, how is it in your place?
Dear Flisvos Clients,
We are already enjoying the summer and as you can see, we couldn’t forget you!
How was the winter??? Here in Naxos we had once 15cm snow, can you believe that!!! But now the wheather is excellent, no clouds, 25 degrees and of course wind!
Our beach cafe was built completely new, so you will have also inside a lot of place. A big fireplace should care for a cosy atmosphere. Because of our brandnew big kitchen our menu has a bigger variety now and you are able to eat, and eat and eat…….
In this summer are going to be a lot of sportevents, so you can watch the olympic games, football, formula one… at our new huge screen.
Mieke, Nikos and Team are already happy to see you again!
On 23rd of april arrived our new surfequippement for this season. 2004 Roberto Ricce Boards, Neilpryde sails and the starboards should bring even more fun to advanced and beginners.
Our surfshop in the sportclub is equipped again with the newest surfwear. Flisvos, Chiemsee, Neilpryde and Roberto Ricci – Accessoires will provide you the perfect shopping adventure.
Also the Flisvos Fashion- and Sportswear Shop in town offers the latest beach- and leisuretime fashion for cheap prices. With the trademarks Roberto Ricci, F2, Neilpryde and Chiemsee we have this year also Animal and Hangloose!!!
