Dear Flisvos guests!

This spring we start on Naxos with Eastern holidays!
We are opening at 13-04.2009 but for all Naxos lovers who would like to visit us earlier we can offer accommodation on self- supply base in one of our studios or apartments.
Naxos in spring is springtime pure! You can't even imagine the fields of flowers and the way life seems to be popping and sprouting up from every crack and crevice. Even along the long empty beaches are growing flowers and herbs, and in the mountains lupines and orchids are covering fields with their intense colours. Eastern is the best time for hiking and mountain bike tours. For all windsurfers, kite surfers and cat sailors Naxos offers dream conditions at St.George and at Migri Vigla.

Prices 2009

This year we celebrate our 15th year Flisvos Sportclub, for this we invite you with the same prices as 2008 for Windsurfing, Kite surfing, Catamaran sailing and all accommodations, so you maybe can afford Naxos also in these difficult times!
Until 25.02.2009 there is still the early booking discount for all undecided! : 5% on all Hotel- and Sports services! Contact our tour operators and ask them to send you an offer!

Arrivals

Every Sunday there will be 2 flights from Olympic Airlines from Athens to Naxos and return, ask your tour operators for the easiest way, only early bookers become a seat.

Neews 2009

Fit and Fun Program at the Pool: With Step Aerobic, Water Aerobic, Body Shape, Kick and Punch we will pep you up! Our new trainer and tour guide Claudia offers every week 4 till 6 courses of different Pool sports, besides volleyball tournaments, beach cruiser excursions and snorkel tours, as well as sharing tables together on the buffet evenings in the Flisvos Beach café.

Stand up paddeling surfing: Tommy our Windsurf teacher will teach you in 2 hours the great new SUP Long boards from RRD to paddle through St. George bay and ride the first waves. Join this great amusement, also for days with less wind.

Die European Freestyle Pro Tour, "Prince of the Wind" at Flisvos from 08.10. - 11.10.2009
The EFPT shows many riders which are in top positions and legendary competitors. They bring the good vibes of our great sport to Saint George Beach and will show you that they are the real ambassadors of windsurfing!!! Opening and closing Party will take place in the beach café.
One week before we offer a Freestyle event, where 2 Pro’s shows you daily 2 till 3 hours Freestyle manoeuvres, .......the best participant becomes a wild card to join the competition!

In the Laguna the Flisvos weather station shows you all year round from which side the wind blows and a firsthand meteorological data direct on the Spot! Our last year renovated windsurf centre in the Laguna with Natasha and her team will give you more space to handle boards, sails or relaxing moments. This summer 150 latest Fun boards and 220 Riggs from Neil Pryde are waiting for you. With our 6 Hobie Cats we will organize weekly trips and regattas.

In the Sportclubhotel Naxos Beach 1 ur team at the reception is waiting for you and is looking forward to help you with car rental, information about our offers on the info boards, a tip for a nice daytrip or a good tavern in town.
Our tour guide gives you every morning (after breakfast) the possibility to join the info tour through the Flisvos Sportclub and introduce you to the different teams, the tour will finish at the beach café with a welcome drink.

Surf Events 2009:

"Naxos Aloha surf and Learn"
This beginner seminar we will learn you in 6 day to become a secure windsurfer! This forward-looking learning concept and the latest Material, RRD Easy rider boards and light Riggs from Neil Pryde will guaranty a fast learning result.

"Naxos Basic Moves"
This advanced seminar will teach you in 6 days the basic techniques for funnboard wind surfing, beach start, fast tack, jibe, harness surfing, sliding and foot strap riding. Experience teachers and proven teaching methods as well as light Surf material from Roberto Ricci and Neil Pryde will guaranty a fast learning success.

"Naxos Girls Camp"
Because of the big success of the last years also this year the Girls camp will take place on Naxos Everyone (girls only) is welcome to join, from beginner to advanced, single or not and the fun is guaranteed!
