25 degrees, a blue sky and a light breeze of 17mph; the ideal condition for a traditional Greek Easter celebration at the Flisvos Beach Café.
We invited lots of friends and together with the entire Flisvos team we eat traditional Souvla which refers to a whole spit-roasted lamb, Kontosouvli which are large pieces of pork, cut from the bone, and kokoretsi, lamb innards/offal rolled into a large sausage all slow cooked on a long skewer (souvla)over a charcoal barbecue.
We drank Greek wine, danced on Greek music and had lots of fun.
A great day to remember!
